Located in the city centre, straight at the river Mur, all offices within this commercial building offer an excellent view on the historic town and its main landmark, the Schlossberg.
The ten storey building is visible from far distance and regionally well-established, known as City Tower Graz Business Center.
With the new design of the façade, the existing horizontal disposition of the building is dissolved. This way, the structure can be perceived as a whole.
Based on the existing window pattern, a seemingly random raster of high-end metal panels in five different dark shades was developed, which creates an interesting diversity. This effect is emphasised by the individual user behaviour concerning the sun screens as well as the partial renewal of the Venetian blinds.
