This Eurospar mart is located at the Northern city boundary of St. Pölten, in a commercial/industrial area. The shape of the property can be described as heterogenous, lined by a small stream (Mühlbach) and a tree row in the West.

The building was fitted into the irregular shape and placed on the northern half of the lot, where it sets urban accents, providing focus points for orientation within the loose urban structures. In this spirit, the panorama bay windows pop out of the homogenous structure facing the highly frequented intersection.

Access is provided on the south, passing under a far protruding roof that shelters the parking area and transforms it into a generous place.

A major part of the interior space is dedicated to the sales area. Administration, storage, and delivery are arranged on the west part of the property that is partly greened.

Due to the complex geometry of the structure, the choice of materials and surfaces is minimalistic and homogenous, consisting solely of metal and glass. At the same time, every modulation is added to the volume with a clear purpose: entry roof, panorama bay windows, and delivery access gateway.
