Five storeys, eleven units, 800m² built area: At the corner of Herbeckstraße 59 / Erndtgasse 6, at Vienna’s 18th district, a sloping street required a structure with two differing heights. The light grey plaster façade gives the building a monolithic character. This effect is further emphasised by the large-scale window elements.
Due to the low-rise balustrade, a fixed bottom sash was installed as a guardrail. The protruding window reveals were planked with aluminium sheeting.
With its set-back cubic structure and the wraparound roof parapet, the top floor differs visibly from the other floors and façade elements below.
Most units possess a balcony, loggia, or terrace. Unit sizes from 37 to 139m² attract a wide range of clients.
